The Manager of Services to Emerging Adults is responsible for services and program development for older youth transitioning to adulthood. The Manager of Services to Emerging Adults will directly supervise the Program Managers of Lehr Haus and Hagar House TLPs and staff working in the ILO and Pregnant/Parenting Services programs, and will report directly to the Director of Child Welfare Services.


This position provides decision-making leadership, program and budget development and oversight, and data analysis and evaluation for all programs serving older youth. This includes ensuring implementation of and fidelity to the agency CARE practice model. The Manager of Services to Emerging Adults will serve as a member of Hoyleton's Leadership Team and will lead and participate in the agency's strategic plan and leadership groups and committees as assigned.




  1. A Master's Degree in Social Work or related human services field.
  2. LCSW or LCPC preferred.
  3. A minimum of three years supervisory experience in the human services field.
  4. Preference for direct work experience with the emerging adult population and knowledge of Positive Youth Development. 
  5. Must possess a working knowledge of Medicaid and COA standards.
