Implements the services as described in the Teeen Pregnance Program grant, including pre-program and post-program assessments and program delivery.  Helps to promote cooperation with all participating organizations, participates in Advisory Committee and/or community coalition meetings and helps to identify and respolve issues as they arrise.  Bachelor's degree and at least 2 yeras work in direct contact with adolescents.  Experience with youth in the child welfare system.  The ability and willingness to actively participate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team enviornment.  EOE
