A Youth Counselor is an important part of our team responsible for the direct care of youth in a residential treatment center. Duties include assisting youth to maximize his/her functioning, coaching, and enhancing social skills and behavior management. As a member of the team you help youth develop with communicative and expressive skills as well as learning activities of daily living including personal hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, recreation and studying. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., be 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver's license. EOE.
